You can freeze or unfreeze your business cards instantly.
How to freeze a card
- Open the app and go to Business > Cards.
- Select the card you want to freeze.
- Tap Freeze.
- Confirm with your PIN.
The card is immediately deactivated.
What happens when a card is frozen
- All pending transactions are cancelled
- Online payments are blocked
- POS transactions are blocked
- ATM withdrawals are blocked
- Recurring payments (subscriptions) will fail
How to unfreeze a card
- Go to Business > Cards.
- Select the frozen card.
- Tap Unfreeze.
- Confirm with your PIN.
The card is immediately reactivated.
When to freeze a card
- Card is lost or stolen
- Suspected unauthorised transactions
- Employee leaving (if card is assigned to them)
- Budget control (temporarily disable spending)
Tip: Freeze cards that aren't in active use to prevent unauthorised transactions.
