How long do payouts take?

Payout speeds depend on the type of transfer.
Transfer times

What happens during processing
- Your request is validated (account details, balance check).
- The transfer is submitted to NIP.
- The recipient's bank processes the payment.
- You receive a confirmation notification.
If a payout is delayed
- Check the transaction status in Payouts > History.
- Statuses:
- Pending: Still processing
- Successful: Delivered to recipient
- Failed: Funds returned to your wallet
- If "Pending" for more than 30 minutes, contact support.

- Ensure sufficient wallet balance before initiating payouts.
- Double-check account numbers to avoid failures.
- Use the batch preview feature to verify bulk payouts.
