Receiving money into your Cashmatrix account is simple.
Your account number
Your Cashmatrix account number is displayed on your dashboard when you open the app. It's a unique 10-digit number assigned to your wallet.
How to share your account number
- Open the app and tap your account number on the dashboard.
- Tap Copy to copy it to your clipboard.
- Share it with the sender via WhatsApp, SMS, or any messaging app.
How long does it take?
- From another Cashmatrix account: Instant
- From other banks: 1–5 minutes via NIP
- From international accounts: Coming soon
What happens when money arrives?
- You'll receive a push notification confirming the credit.
- The amount will appear in your wallet balance immediately.
- You can view the transaction in Transaction History.
Tip: If a transfer doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, check your transaction history for the status. If it shows "Pending", the funds are being processed. If it shows "Failed", the sender should retry.
