How do I block my card?
Go to Cards > Select the card > Block Card. Your card will be immediately deactivated. You can unblock it later or request a replacement....

You can block (freeze) your card instantly from the app.
How to block your card
- Open the app and go to Cards.
- Select the card you want to block.
- Tap Block Card.
- Confirm with your PIN.
Your card is immediately deactivated. No transactions can be made with it.
When to block your card
- Your card is lost or stolen
- You suspect unauthorised transactions
- You want to temporarily disable the card
What happens after blocking
- All pending transactions are cancelled
- Recurring payments (subscriptions) will fail
- ATM withdrawals and POS transactions are blocked
- Online payments are blocked
How to unblock your card
- Go to Cards and select the blocked card.
- Tap Unblock Card.
- Confirm with your PIN.
Your card is immediately reactivated.
How to request a replacement
If your card is lost or damaged:
- Go to Cards > Request Replacement.
- Confirm your delivery address.
- A new card will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
- Your old card is permanently deactivated.
