You can request a physical debit card directly from the Cashmatrix app.
How to request a card
- Open the app and go to Cards.
- Tap Request Card.
- Choose your card type:
- Classic Card: ₦1,000 issuance fee
- Premium Card: ₦5,000 issuance fee
- Confirm your delivery address.
- Confirm with your PIN.
Delivery
- Your card will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
- You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
- A delivery rider will contact you before arrival.
Card limits

Activation
When your card arrives:
- Open the app and go to Cards.
- Tap Activate Card.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your card number.
- Set your PIN.
- Your card is ready to use.
