Creating a Cashmatrix account takes about five minutes. Here's what you need to do:

Step 1: Download the app

Get Cashmatrix from your phone's store:

Android: Search "Cashmatrix" on Google Play, or visit play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ng.cashmatrix.app
iOS: Search "Cashmatrix" on the App Store, or visit apps.apple.com/app/cashmatrix/id1234567890

Step 2: Sign up

Open the app and tap Get Started.
Enter your phone number.
Confirm the one-time code (OTP) we send you by SMS.
Create a 6-digit PIN and, if you like, turn on biometrics.

Step 3: Verify your identity

After signing up, you'll be placed on Tier 1 by default. To increase your limits:

Tier 1: Just your BVN — ₦50,000 single transfer, ₦300,000 daily.
Tier 2: Add a valid ID and passport photo — ₦250,000 single, ₦500,000 daily.
Tier 3: Add a utility bill and signature — ₦500,000 single, ₦5,000,000 daily.

Tip: Use a phone number you can always receive SMS on. It's how we send your OTP and important alerts.
