The documents you need depend on which account tier you want.

Tier 1 (Basic)

BVN (Bank Verification Number) or NIN (National Identification Number)

That's it. With Tier 1 you can send up to ₦50,000 per transaction and ₦300,000 per day.

Tier 2 (Standard)

BVN or NIN
Valid government-issued ID (national ID, driver's licence, or international passport)
Passport photograph

Tier 2 unlocks ₦250,000 per transaction and ₦500,000 daily.

Tier 3 (Premium)

BVN or NIN
Valid government-issued ID
Passport photograph
Utility bill (electricity, water, or waste bill dated within the last 3 months)
Signature specimen

Tier 3 gives you ₦500,000 per transaction and ₦5,000,000 daily.

Tip: You can upload all documents directly in the app under Settings > Verification. No need to visit a branch.
