Yes, you can opt out of promotional messages while keeping transactional alerts.

How to opt out

1. Open the app and go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Tap Marketing.
3. Toggle off:

• Promotional emails
• Promotional SMS

What you'll stop receiving

• Marketing emails about new features and offers
• SMS promotions and advertisements
• Newsletters and product updates

What you'll still receive

• Transactional alerts (credits, debits, transfers)
• Security alerts (login attempts, PIN changes)
• Account alerts (savings maturity, bill reminders)
• Service notifications (maintenance, updates)

Important notes

• It may take up to 48 hours for the change to take effect.
• You can re-enable promotional messages at any time.
• Opting out of marketing does not affect your account or services.

Tip: You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email.
