You can change your transaction PIN at any time from the app.
How to change your PIN
- Open the app and go to Settings > Security.
- Tap Change PIN.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Enter your new PIN (6 digits).
- Confirm your new PIN.
- You'll receive a confirmation notification.
Tips for a strong PIN
- Don't use easily guessable numbers (123456, 000000, your birthday).
- Don't reuse your old PIN.
- Don't share your PIN with anyone.
- Change your PIN regularly.
If you've forgotten your current PIN
Use the Forgot PIN option on the PIN entry screen. You'll need to verify your identity with an OTP sent to your registered phone number.
Tip: Your PIN is used for all transactions. Keep it secure and never write it down where others can see it.
