If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your phone number.

How to reset your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter your registered phone number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone.
4. Create a new password.
5. Log in with your new password.

If you can't receive the OTP

• Check that your phone has network signal.
• Make sure your phone number is correctly registered with Cashmatrix.
• Try the "Call Me Instead" option if available.
• If nothing works, contact support at hello@cashmatrix.ng.

If your phone is stolen

1. Call +234 704 648 8013 immediately to lock your account.
2. Or email hello@cashmatrix.ng with your account details.
3. Once locked, no transactions can be made until you verify your identity.
