You can request a POS device directly from the Cashmatrix Business app.

How to request a POS device

1. Open the app and go to Business > POS Terminal.
2. Tap Request POS.
3. Fill in your business details:

• Business name
• Business type
• Business address

1. Enter your delivery address.
2. Choose your POS type:

• Standard POS: ₦15,000 (one-time fee)
• Android POS: ₦35,000 (one-time fee)

1. Confirm with your PIN.

Delivery

• Devices are delivered within 3–5 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
• A delivery rider will contact you before arrival.

After delivery

1. Power on the device.
2. Insert a SIM with active data or connect to Wi-Fi.
3. Log in with your business credentials.
4. Follow the setup wizard.

Tip: Make sure your business address is correct to avoid delivery delays.
