Setting up your POS terminal is quick and straightforward.

Step 1: Power on

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Wait for the device to boot up.

Step 2: Connect to the internet

Choose one option:

Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Select your network > Enter password
SIM card: Insert a SIM with active data into the SIM slot

Step 3: Log in

Open the Cashmatrix POS app.
Enter your business phone number.
Enter your 6-digit PIN.

Step 4: Follow the setup wizard

The wizard will guide you through:

Printer test: Print a test receipt to verify the printer works
Network test: Verify the device can connect to our servers
Account linking: Link the device to your business account

Step 5: Start accepting payments

Once setup is complete, you can:

Process cash withdrawals
Accept fund transfers
Check balance inquiries
Print receipts
