You can update your email address from the app.

How to change your email

1. Open the app and go to Settings > Profile > Email.
2. Tap Change Email.
3. Enter your new email address.
4. Check your new email for a confirmation link.
5. Click the link to verify your new email.
6. Your new email becomes active immediately.

Important notes

• Your old email remains active until the new one is verified.
• All future alerts and notifications will be sent to your new email.
• You can cancel the change by not verifying the new email.

If you can't access your new email

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Click Resend to get a new confirmation link.
• If nothing works, contact support at hello@cashmatrix.ng.

Tip: Use an email you check regularly to receive important account alerts and updates.
