Don't worry — failed transactions are usually reversed automatically.
What happens when a transaction fails
- Your wallet is debited immediately.
- The system attempts to process the transaction.
- If it fails, the funds are reversed to your wallet.
Reversal timeline

What to do
- Go to Transaction History.
- Find the failed transaction.
- Check the status:
- Failed: Funds will be reversed within 15 minutes.
- Pending: Still processing — wait a few more minutes.
- Reversed: Funds have been returned to your wallet.
If the reversal is delayed
- Wait 30 minutes for the reversal to process.
- Check your wallet balance — the funds may already be back.
- If the funds haven't been returned after 30 minutes, contact support with:
- The transaction reference number
- The date and time of the transaction
- The amount and recipient details
Important notes
- Reversals are automatic — you don't need to do anything.
- Keep the transaction reference number for your records.
- Contact support only if the reversal hasn't happened after 30 minutes.
